On Nov. 5, a 4 member VIA delegation, led by Helle Sorensen, International Admissions Officer, VIA University College and Su Zhongli, China Director, University Union & International Students’ Union, Denmark visited CIT accompanied by relevant officers from the Office of Changzhou People's Friendship Association. CIT’s Vice President, Wang Qun, met the guests and relevant leaders and teachers from Department of International Exchange and Cooperation attended the meeting.

    Vice President Wang warmly welcomed the delegation and briefly introduced CIT, including its scale, disciplines, international exchange and cooperation and international students’ education. The Danish and CIT senior staff reviewed the operational situation and achievements of two China-Foreign Cooperatively-run programs in pre-school education and civil engineering, the credit recognition program and workshop in Architecture,. Both groups expressed the wish to optimize and deepen the cooperation on the current basis. Meanwhile, the University Union and International Students’ Union of Denmark promise to provide a platform to promote the cooperation between CIT and more Danish schools. Later, the delegation visited the Liaohe Road campus library, the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the School of Civil and Architectural Engineering labs; finally they observed some lessons.
