国际交流学院留学生公寓考勤管理办法
Attendance-check Regulations in Foreign Student Apartment of School of International Cooperation
为了加强我校留学生宿舍管理，保证留学生在宿舍内的人身和财产安全，维护留学生的正常学习和生活秩序，促进留学生身心健康发展，根据《普通高等学校学生管理规定》、《高等学校接受外国留学生管理规定》、《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》、《中华人民共和国外国人入境出境管理条例》、《常州工学院留学生住宿管理规定（试行）》等文件精神有关法律法规，结合我校相关留学生管理规定，制定本办法。
The regulations are formulated in accordance with Colleges and Universities Students Management Regulations; Management Regulations of Accepting foreign students in Colleges and Universities, Exit Immigration Law of the People's Republic of China, Entry And Exit Management Regulations of the People's Republic of China, Accommodations Management Regulations for Foreign Students, CIT (Trial), etc. ,with reference to relevant laws, regulations and the specific conditions of CIT.
本规定适用于入住留学生公寓各类留学生（经我校录取、获得上级教育主管部门批准入读我校，攻读学士学位的外国留学生；入读我校进修汉语的外国留学生；入读我校专业课程的进修生，参加我校与境外友好学校间交流项目、实习项目的外国留学生。）
The regulation shall apply to all kinds of foreign students who accommodate in Foreign Student Apartment(students enrolled by CIT for bachelor's degree education with the approval from higher level education authorities; Foreign students studying Mandarin at CIT; foreign students studying professional courses at CIT, foreign students participating in exchange or internship programs with partner universities abroad).
一、指纹考勤时间：
Fingerprint-Registration Period of Time:
每周周日——周四晚20：00-22：00
20:00-22:00 from Sunday to Thursday.
考勤具体要求和说明：
Fingerprint-Registration Requirements and Specifications
1.学生须在规定时间段内到公寓一楼管理室进行指纹签到，当天未按时录入指纹者，按夜不归宿处理。
Foreign students shall go to the management room on the first floor of Foreign Student Apartment for fingerprint registration within the required period of time. Those who fail to register their fingerprints on time every night will be treated as staying out overnight.
2. 在每周的五次考勤中，有三次及三次以下未进行指纹考勤者综合素质积分扣0.25分，三次以上者扣0.5分。对于严格执行考勤制度，一学期全勤者，学期综合素质积分加1分。
In five times of attendance check every week, those who fail to take it for three times or less will lose 0.25 points per person, and those who fail to take it for over three times will lose 0.5 points per person. For those who strictly abide by attendance-check regulations with full fingerprint registration during a semester, they will gain 1 point more as a prize.
3. 学生指纹考勤完成后，若因个人各类原因离开公寓，须在返回公寓后再次进行指纹签到。
Foreign student who leaves Foreign Student Apartment for various reasons after registering his or her fingerprint shall retake it after returning to the apartment.
4. 因个人作息时间原因需提前进行指纹签到的，需提前书面向国际交流学院提出申请，物业中心备案。
For those who need to register fingerprints in advance due to individual study-or-rest time, they should write to apply to School of International Cooperation in advance and keep a record in Property Management Company.
5. 本规定自发布之日起执行，由国际交流学院负责解释。
The said regulations come into effect from the date it is issued and Department of International Exchange and Cooperation is authorized for further explanation.
